Neal Ramaswamy

MS Student

Neal is an M.S. student in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University interested in control systems and advanced manufacturing. His work is motivated by the question of how future manufacturing systems can become more autonomous, reliable, and adaptive.

Before joining CMU, he worked at Tesla as a manufacturing engineer and software engineer, where he gained experience with production systems, equipment, and software infrastructure. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
